The school year is over, and that means it’s time to get into vacation mode! What better way to enjoy some well-deserved time off than by taking an introductory 4-week pottery class? The first week in this series will be a deep dive into handbuilding. The second week will center around practicing wheel throwing, while the third week will focus on trimming, adding handles, and finishing your pieces. Finally, in week four, participants will glaze all of their work. This is a beginner level class for community members looking to dip their toes into the wonderful world of pottery and get a good sense of what working with clay is all about.
