Friday Afternoons, January 22 - February 26, 4:00 - 6:30 pm
Pizza starts at 4:00 pm, and the class will start at 4:30 pm.
This class is the perfect opportunity to get your kids started on the potter’s wheel. The teacher will guide students through the stages of making functional pottery and will focus on centering clay, pulling up the walls, shaping, trimming, making spouts, and adding handles. Possible projects include but are not limited to, bowls, mugs, ring holders, pitchers, spoon-rests, and more. Pizza will be provided so that dinner is taken care of. No experience necessary, beginners welcome.
